Please join us for 21 days of Upbeat style body JOY! We’ll help you focus on clean nutrition habits that will upgrade your energy, focus and digestion, as well as workout commitments to keep you on track with your movement goals to set up a seriously incredible year. Because let’s be honest, we all deserve one!
As much as we all want to feel motivated in January, it’s a rare person that actually does. Chances are you’re a bit overwhelmed, maybe a little low-mojo, not quite ready for the year to kick into gear yet, your routine’s out too, and you were probably planning an Aussie Day holiday and thinking “I’ll get into things when I’m back”.
Well, February is GO TIME. It’s the month things pick up at work or in your business and you need to give yourself a little mojo lift to really make a dent in the year. It’s the time your kids go back to school and you can focus on your own routine for a minute, make your own plans and set your own goals. And it’s the best time to focus on fitness and nutrition habits, because a healthy, energised body definitely equals a healthier, more focused mind, and a healthy mind is absolutely priceless when it comes to having an Upbeat, joyous year.
So… let’s go! We’ll keep things simple and clear, all you need to do is say YES and then really commit to the challenges we send your way for three weeks. And don’t worry, if you know us you know it won’t be ‘go keto’ or ‘fast for 20 hours’ or ‘run for an hour every day’, or any of that. This is alllll about good, basic nutrition that really makes a difference, and can sometimes fly out the window in times of stress or when you’re on holidays (which is great but, there comes a time when you gotta flip the switch right!).
The Joy Club is FREE for studio, outdoor and live-stream members (but you must sign up so we know you’re in and can get you on the list). For the sake of accountability we recommend On Demand members upgrade to Live-stream for 3 weeks for just $39 extra (i.e. on top of your On Demand membership) but if that doesn’t work for connectivity reasons, we get it! You can still sign up for free if you can only commit to On Demand.
