Spring is in the air and that means it’s time for a serious body freshen up, and this year for our annual program we’re doing something a little bit different… we’ve partnered with Eimele, one of the leading nutrition and healthy mini meal companies in Australia, to bring you a 28-day program complete with some seriously incredible guiding content and recipes, along with a team of experts (YES you’ll have a Nutritionist and health writer of more than 20 years on call to guide your progress and answer any questions) AND food products you can use throughout the program if you want to add them into the mix!

Welcome to… the 4-Week Slay! This will be a personalised, holistic program that empowers you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your physical, mental, and emotional health, while being supported by a community of motivated and like-minded individuals from both The Upbeat and Eimele communities – we’re combining powers for this one to mega-size our community of amazing women and focus on nailing our nutrition, exercise, sleep and mindfulness for 28 amazing days of wellbeing!

First, sign up for the Program with eimele

Step one is to sign up for the program delivered by Eimele. You have 3 program options:

  1. Access the program with DIY meals

  2. Access the program + 28 daily Eimele Mini Meals (amazing pre-portioned shakes and porridges you can literally slip into your handbag, worth a lot more than the price you’ll pay them for! Heads up that this program will suggest two healthy, generous meals and one mini meal per day, which you can use your Eimele products for. We’ll give you other options for the mini meals too but these are so convenient and delicious, and perfectly portioned if you’re curious to give them a try!)

  3. Access the program + 28 daily Eimele Mini Meals + VIP extras

All options include 3 x online workouts from The Upbeat per week, delivered via Eimele’s private Facebook Group. Please scroll down for your additional training options below after you’ve signed up for the program.

Next, add a Training option with The Upbeat

We’ll be combining the health and wellbeing plan with extra workout goals in the Studio, Outdoor, Live Stream and On Demand. You’ll be ticking off 20 days of workouts across the 28-day program (YES there will be both an online tick-off calendar AND a poster for the studio crew) and we’ll put some extra sessions on the timetable to make sure you can get them all in, including the return of BEACH sessions if you’re a Bondi local!
