Join our 4 week Level Up Program, starting Monday 9 May

If you've been thinking "I really need to get my fitness back on track" then this is for you! Introducing our all-new fitness upgrade program, designed to help you get back into your pre-2020 routine and have a lot of fun along the way!

What is it?

It’s a fun point scoring, social sharing, foodie loving program where you'll earn points for your chance to win awesome prizes, from activewear to date night experiences and food and beauty products you'll love! You can join in studio or online.

How Much?

  1. FREE for members! (you still need to sign up)

  2. Non-members can join us in the Studio or on Live Stream with a four-week unlimited membership for the length of the program ($279 for Studio, $79 for Live Stream). Simply sign up here

Level Up your Workouts

Your goal throughout this program is to earn maximum Level Up points by attending classes AND sharing snaps on your Instagram stories so we can tally up your points! You don't have to show your face if you don’t want to, just get creative - a pic with your friends after your workout, shoot your new shoes, our new decal in studio, whatever you like! Just make sure to tag us.Never fear if you're a super private person! You can still join the program and NOT share, but just set yourself your own personal points target. You won't win the big prize but you WILL win the day ;)

Level Up your Nutrition

We'll be talking a lot of nutrition on our private Instagram page @levelupbeat, covering various topics across the four weeks including:

  • How to balance your meals

  • Find healthier versions of your favourite products

  • How to read the back of packets and pick the best options from menus

  • Our favourite food swaps, hacks, snacks and cafe orders

  • How to make sure you're respecting your hormones and your cycle

  • The daily and weekly habits that can make a huge difference to your results

  • The effects of uppers and downers on your physical and mental health (it's not all bad, promise we love a glass of red and a strong coffee as much as you do!)
