With September and warmer days so close we can almost feel the sun on our skin, we've partnered with renowned French pharmacy brand - La Roche-Posay - to bring our studio girls a 10-day Sprint Into Spring Challenge, with some fun spring-ready prizes to take home for those who cross the finish line!
10 WORKOUTS IN 10 DAYS!
The only rule is, to earn your spring swag of our favourite broad spectrum, super lightweight sunscreen La Roche Posay's Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF50+, you must complete and tick off a full 10 workouts in 10 days in the studio!
You can definitely do a few doubles to earn yourself some rest days, or you can do an On Demand workout and make it count only IF you post a story of you getting it done and tag us @theupbeatbondi - we have to see it to believe it!
It all starts THIS SATURDAY, August 22nd and the program is FREE for members, or non-members can join at the special one-off rate of $99 for 10 days unlimited studio access!

While this is an in-studio challenge in terms of taking home those bottles of sun Goddess goodness, but we'd love our Live Stream and On Demand babes to join in the challenge of completing 10 workouts in 10 days as we race towards Spring!
We'll be doing a more comprehensive nutrition and wellbeing program mid-September, but this one is just a FUN and FAST sprint toward September 1st... so let's go girls!

The only rule for this challenge is that you must complete 10 workouts with The Upbeat in 10 days!
Cost:
FREE for members or $99 for 10 days studio access for friends who want to join in and aren't yet part of our community! Either way, please make sure you sign up to be in the running for prizes.
