For this Tabata inspired circuit, spend 20 seconds on the first exercise, followed by a 10 second rest/transition. Now move on to the next exercise on the list, using the same timing, continuing until you’ve finished all five moves. Complete 6 – 8 rounds all up!Your exercises:
- Push up to plank jack
- Collapsicles
- Squat jump with alternating foot touch
- Lateral touch downs
- 180-degree burpee
