Start with a 5-minute jog or skip to warm up, with a little dynamic stretching thrown in, then do this…45 sec: Lunge Jumps15 sec: Rest45 sec: Squats15 sec: Rest45 sec: Elevated Push-Ups15 sec: Rest45 sec: Assisted Tricep Dips (swap partners halfway or each new round)15 sec: Rest45 sec: Chin-Ups or any choice of row movement (Plank Row, Supergirls)15 sec: RestRepeat: entire circuit another 3 times through without resting!Finish with: a 3-minute stretchCongrats, you made it through 28 minutes with Bachie babe Sam Wood!
