A Christmas gift from the BUF Girls!

It's officially the silly season and us BUF Girls couldn't be more excited to get festive! We know that this time of year tends to mean sweets & puddings galore and there's absolutely nothing wrong with a little Christmas cheer, but lord knows having a killer workout on hand to sweat out some of those indulgences is a bonus!So in the true spirit of Christmas we've put together a super fun Elf-abet workout. What is it you ask?...only the most fun thing you can do with your family before tackling an epic midday feast! Below is a list of exercises that have been assigned to a letter in the alphabet. All you have to do choose some festive words, or use the ones we've prepared for you, then spell out each word by doing the exercises of the corresponding letter.For example if you were to choose the word SANTA, your set would look something like this:(S) 30 Full Sit Ups + (A) 20 Squats + (N) 20 Regular Burpees + (T) 25 Push Ups + (A) 20 Squats...So good right?!Set your timer for 20-30mins (or longer if you need a serious sweat) and see how many words you can spell. Get creative and draw the words out of the hat to add a fun, unpredictable element.
