It’s holiday season and that can mean time away from your favourite boot camps, gyms and training buddies. So what’s a girl to do when she wants to work off all that Christmas cheer? BUF Girls trainer Cass, pulled together this Hotel Room Workout just for those moments. So you’ll never be stranded again ;)This workout has a good mix of cardio, toning and plyometric moves to make sure you get maximum fitness gains in minimum time, so you can get back to celebrating quick-smart!All you need to do is spend 30 seconds on exercise number one, then take 15 seconds to rest before repeating the same exercise four times through. Next, take a quick breather before moving on to exercise number two, where you’ll do the same thing: 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, four rounds through.Check the video to nail your technique, then make your way through the exercises one by one to get on Santa’s nice list!
