Happy New Year BUF Girls!There's nothing quite as liberating as saying goodbye to the overloaded plates at the Christmas feast, or to the sweets that seem to make their own way into your mouth, or to the glass of vino that's somehow never-ending, and stepping into a new year filled to the brim with exciting potential.But before you jump into it, Lord knows that festive season has taken it's toll and that six pack is looking a little more like your grandma's trifle! But never fear...we've got a summer core workout that is set to burn off those mince pies and get you feeling fit and full of beans in no time!Now we all know flat abs start in the kitchen, but how do you train for them? Resistance training is a must, but interval cardio and core toning sequences are high up on the list too. These four do-anywhere workout ideas should get you on your way to ab-town!Add these three cardio sessions and 10 minute core carving routine to your weekly workout schedule to help you on your way to a lean, toned stomach.Just don’t forget to work on the “kitchen” part too!
Six-Pack Sprints
Sprint intervals are one of the best ways to blast stubborn belly fat. Choose one of the sessions below and make sure you have a stopwatch handy. Complete each of the runs suggested as quickly as you can, resting for approximately twice as long as each run takes you before moving on to the next one. For example, if it takes you one minute to finish a 200m sprint, you’ll rest or walk/jog slowly for two minutes, then complete the next sprint on the list.

10 Minute Core Workout

Once you've completed the list, take a 30 second rest and repeat. If you’re not sure of some of the moves, check out the video attached.
