Common questions


What space or equipment do I need?

You don’t need any equipment but if you have a yoga mat and some light dumbbells (1kg to 2kg + 4kg to 6kg) and a booty band they’ll be useful. If you don’t have dumbbells or a band, never fear. Body weight is fine or just grab a few full water bottles. Space wise, just enough for a yoga mat.

What if I’m unfit or a really bad dancer?

Never fear, no dance experience is required, just go at your own pace and have some fun with it! If you need to sit down or skip a few reps, do it. Fitness isn’t about smashing yourself every single time. Just listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

What kind of classes do you have?

We have a range of classes, from high intensity cardio workouts to low intensity and low impact strength and toning classes. You can choose from 15 min, 30 min and 45 min class options. New classes are added each week!
