Your Next Run Playlist!

We had such a positive response to our last playlist that we’ve decided to make this a regular feature for Workout Wednesday! So… ladies and gents, this week it’s time to MOVE!

I’m sure there is many a person out there who, just like me, MUST exercise to music. I know for myself, good tunes are often the deciding factor in how hard I train – the right playlist is mood enhancing, helps me get into that "zone" and keeps me firmly in my ‘happy place’ when frankly, my leg muscles are crying out for me to stop!

With this in mind, I bring you this week’s running playlist - and I have to say your ears are in for a little treat!

How to use this running playlist

This playlist is approximately 45 minutes long. Perfect for a medium length run, or a well planned interval session. Make sure you do an adequate warm up before starting, as the music begins at a medium pace to get you going straight away.

There’s a nice steady groove halfway through for you to find that ‘zone’ I mentioned earlier, with a gentle rhythm at the end to bring that heart rate back down.
