Who Else Hates Boring Workouts?

One of my pet hates in life is boring workouts. Why? Because they make me want to skip my session and do other (funner) stuff instead.Why personal trainers continue to demand the same ho-hum squat presses and bicep curls session after session is beyond me - unless, of course, they're training an athlete for a particular event, or a specific body goal, in which case a little repetitive exercise may well be called for. But for the average punter? No thank you! I'll take a little creative movement training that will leave me leaner, fitter, with less injuries and (gasp!) happier over the boring stuff any ol' day!But if you can't afford to pay a top trainer for a session with spark, get creative yourself by mixing up your moves to create fun new hybrids.Check out today's video for a few upper body, lower body, core and full body moves to get you started and have fun supercharging your workout!Happy sweating ;)
