Where are you working on your BUF Body?

We all know squeezing in a workout can be hard at the best of times, let alone if you're off gallivanting around the globe or jetting between cities on business. But those goals you've set won't reach themselves and there's nothing worse than losing momentum once you've shot off the blocks. We understand that life can get in the way of the 'perfect fitness regime' (if that even exists) but luckily that's all in the past because this year BUF Girls have got you covered!Our online programs are designed for you to do anywhere, anytime and on top of that, they're heaps of FUN! Find a park, a beach or just push some couches out of the way in a small hotel room and voila... you've got your gym :)We're just under 3 weeks away from kicking off the next group intake of our foundation program, Totally BUF and you definitely need to jump on board if you want to set yourself up for some serious success is 2017.  We'll be there every step of the way, cheering you on and sharing as many gems of wisdom as we possibly can, to ensure you feel (B)eautiful, (U)nstoppable and incredibly (F)earless when we wrap.Here's a fun little workout to show you that with BUF Girls you can literally work out ANYWHERE...even in the Red Centre! Not a bad view for a sneaky sweat session in 40 degree heat ;)

Exercises

  1. Push Up + Side Plank with Hip Dip
  2. Squat Jump + Curtsy Lunge Jump
  3. Star Jump + Tuck Jump + 2 Jump Lunges
  4. Burpee with 180 Degree Jump
  5. Lever Hip Raises (change legs halfway)

Workout

First time through the exercises, work for 30 seconds on exercise number one then take 30 seconds rest. Repeat this for all 5 exercises then take 1 minute break before starting the next round. Second time through, work for 40 seconds on each exercise and take only 20 seconds rest between them. Again take a nice 1 minute break at the end of the round. For the third (and final) time through, increase the work time to 50 seconds with only 10 seconds rest in between. So each round gets more challenging, which is what makes it so much more satisfying.This is a 17 minute workout in total (including rest) so no excuses for being short on time!
