How healthy is your hustle? A fresh new podcast for busy gals!

We are all about supporting other girls doing amazing things for YOUR health, so today we thought we’d introduce you to the hottest new podcast to hit iTunes, which aims to support both your health and your career, plus it was started by two best friends setting out to make a difference…how amazing is that!

The Healthy Hustlers podcast launches this Thursday and hosts Amy & Madelyn are out to prove that to have a happy, healthy business or career, you need a happy, healthy life. But it took many years climbing the corporate ladder and experiencing the highs and lows that stressful, relentless careers can bring with them, for the duo to realise it.

So, what’s the podcast all about? Well, this is what we love most about it… in every episode the girls chat to real, successful women talking about their own struggles and successes, both in their careers and their health journeys. You’ll hear conversations with some of Australia's most inspiring entrepreneurs, athletes, models and artists about their journey to success and why health and wellbeing are at the core of their philosophy, as well as how the heck they fit in movement and healthy eating when their schedules are so hectic!

The stellar line-up of interviewees includes some of the biggest names in the health and wellness industry, including social stars and wellbeing advocates Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw, international model and television presenter Fiona Falkiner, journalist and author Elle Halliwell and former Miss Universe Australia Tegan Martin, as well as… well… US! Yep, a few episodes in you’ll hear from Lib and Cass on why and how we built our brand, how we find balance despite all those 4:30am alarms and big hairy business goals, as well as exactly why this community is so important to us, and the multitude of ways YOU have inspired US.

We love a good, fresh podcast recommendation and know our crew of girls do too, so definitely load The Healthy Hustlers up for your next big walk, jog, or commute for a boost of healthy enthusiasm, advice and guidance for leading your best life! Available on iTunes and Spotify now!
