Skate Park Workout Series

One of our favourite things to do when we’re stuck for workout inspiration is head to somewhere we haven’t done a session before and get creative with the environment.We round up whoever’s around, head out on an adventure to find a fun spot to sweat, then make up a bunch of new exercises based on the space and just have a whole lot of fun with it, like big kids!They say a change is as good as a holiday and that’s always proven to be true with these sessions – we always feel so happy and rejuvenated afterwards, like we’ve gone on a mini holiday together.Below are the three workouts we got up to on our latest sweat-venture to the Bondi Skate Park! These are shot at three different times of day and in unique areas of the park – we had such a blast making them and got the best workouts in too.Check out what we got up to and steal a few of our moves for your own home workouts – no equipment required!
