Dancers are renowned for having some of the hottest bodies in the business, not to mention incredible flexibility, coordination and total body strength. So how can you get that sleek and sexy figure when you're not exactly a prima ballerina?It's all about doing workouts that incorporate every body part, combining strength with stretching to give you a lean and toned-all-over look, with an emphasis on the the legs and booty, of course ;)We asked our resident ballet babe and the creator of BUF's LBD Sleek & Sexy program, Sian to put together the ultimate do-anywhere dancer's body workout to help you create lean, long lines - clifftop location optional!Watch the video to check out all the different moves, then go and find a location with the most amazing view (just look for a railing of some sort) and get toning!

https://youtu.be/tUlDpnJdkocSpend 1 minute on each of these moves (30 seconds each side if it's split sided), and try not to rest for more than 10 seconds in between each exercise. Once you complete a full round (8 minutes including rest) take a 1 minute break and repeat them all again.
- Squat to Multi-Level Lateral Kick
- 1-Leg Squat to Attitude Lift
- Barre Push-Up to Rotation/Turnout
- Tricep Dip to Booty Pop
- Crunch to Elevated Hip Raise
- Plie to Side Leg Lift (alternate or spend 30 sec on each leg)
- Back Leg Elevated Split Lunge (30 sec each leg)
Voila! There's your toning workout done in under 20 minutes BUT if you've got the time, try doing a third round for ultimate sleek and sexy results!Make sure you watch the video to check the technique and co-ordination, as there are some fun new moves to try, but don't worry if you can't kick your legs as high as Sian does - just work at your own level, you'll still get all the benefits ;)Enjoy getting your dancer's body burn on!
