And today, your session channels the original #fitpso girls!This home workout is based on the workout regimens of the hot leading ladies of Charlie's Angels. These women each have their own distinct personalities, characteristics and body types, just like our team of BUF Girls.Lucy Lui (played by Sian in this workout) was the ninja kicking, sassy sister with the luscious lean legs, Cameron Diaz (played by Cass) was the flirty, sexy one of the three, always flaunting her awesome booty and sexy mid drift, and Drew Barrymore (played by Libs) was the sporty adventure loving overall badass with a body to match!So get ready to get your fight on girls, here’s your Charlie’s Angels workout – let us know how you went by posting your pics on Facebook or Instagram, just make sure you tag @bufgirls and #bufgirl so we can see you – good luck! 

What You’ll Do

Spend 6 minutes on each Angel Station, with 3 minutes on the resistance moves for as many rounds as possible (AMRAP), then 3 minutes on the cardio moves, also for AMRAP.Here are your Angel Stations… and check out the pictures at the bottom of the page if you're not sure of technique. 

Lucy Lui (aka Sian) - SASSY station

3 minute Resistance

  • 10 x Punches and Drop (10 times)
  • 10 x Prisoner Get-Ups (10 total)

3 minute Cardio

  • 100m Sprint (or swap it for 100 high knee runs)
  • 10 (e/side) x Reverse Lunge with Kick

 

Cameron Diaz (aka Cass) - SEXY station

3 minute Resistance

  • 10 x Side Plank Hip Dips
  • 10 x Pile Squat to Tippy Toes

3 minute Cardio

  • 10 x Surfer Get-Ups
  • 10 x High Knees, 10 x Mountain Climbers

 

Drew Barrymore (aka Libs) - SPORTY station

3 minute Resistance

  • 10 x Push-Ups
  • 10 x Chest-to-Floor Burpee

3 minute Cardio (aim for 6 rounds!)

  • 10 x Lateral Touchdowns
  • 10 x Lunge Jumps
  • 10 (e/side) x Bicycle Crunches
