Ditch Booze For Feb Fast With These Guilt Free Cocktails

This month, the BUF Girls are taking on Feb Fast; an annual challenge that has us ditching booze – or any other bad habit of choice - for a month to raise money for the Youth Support and Advocacy Service (YSAS). All we can say is, although we’ll be raising as much money as possible for the YSAS over the course of this month, after Christmas, New Year’s and Australia Day we feel like it’s Feb Fast doing us the favour! We’d love to extend an invite to you to join us – it’s not too late and you can jump in to our group here

Guilt Free Cocktails

And because we’re social creatures and totally understand how hard it can be to give up alcohol completely, we recommend putting a few back-up plans in place in case you start struggling; (a) rope in a girlfriend so you’re in good company, (b) remember the cause is more important than that glass of vino! (c) have a few go-to drink swaps up your sleeve for when you feel like letting your hair down.We can help you out with that third point! Here are a few faux cocktails from our friends at The Alkaline Cookbook to get you through if the going gets rough; we promise they’ll leave you glowing, not groaning the morning after a big night out.And if you really want to take things to the next level, why not do our 4-week workout program, Little Black Dress to perfectly match the timeframe of your Feb Fast commitment – they make the perfect duet!
