Could This Be The Perfect Fitness Program For You?

There are so many awesome online programs out there and sometimes it’s hard to know which one will be perfect for you. So what do you do when you’re just not sure which one to choose? Ask your girlfriends! Here’s some of the feedback from other BUF Girls who’ve done our programs.

The BUF Body program is the best program I’ve ever done by far – it really whipped my body into shape for summer! The fact I could participate all the way from Canberra was even better. The holistic nature really set the program apart from others I’ve done - I absolutely loved learning more about WHY certain things were better for the body and how to figure out what was the right thing for me, rather than just being told, 'it is what it is'.I loved the variety of workouts (and the fact they were themed!), the recipe ideas and also the BUF Mind section, as it focused on improving health and wellbeing from every aspect. But the best part by far was the group of ladies I met through the program - you become a little cyber family and it could have been hard considering you’re 300km away from the main headquarters, however this didn't make a difference at all! I felt like I might as well have been Libby, Leash, Cass, Sian and Lexi's neighbours!To any ladies out there thinking about doing the program - just get on board, get BUF and you'll never turn back.

The support from the other women was phenomenal! I must admit, I thought this program was perhaps going to be a bit of a gimmick (like so many others I’ve tried!), not particularly sustainable and that perhaps it would involve measuring my food, counting calories etc. I was very pleasantly surprised when this wasn’t the case!

For me, the BUF Body program has been about self-empowerment. Having such a massive online support network of girls by my side who were honestly sharing their trials and successes with each other means that living healthy doesn’t feel like a prison but instead, like a reward. I learnt heaps of great stuff that made me feel totally empowered and put a stop to any negative thoughts I was having about my body.I loved the workouts, articles and recipes and am pumped to do the next group round again and will be doing any new programs that come out. I’m totally a BUF Girl for life!

The BUF program meant that wherever I was, shooting interstate or working from MTV's Sydney HQ, I could always duck out for a lunch time or early morning session, keeping my fitness on track – and having a new nutrition goal to stick to each week meant you never got bored. The brilliant food and workout ideas and support from the BUF Girls on Facebook made the whole program like a fun family gathering, especially when I was able to get my friends together to do the workouts with me!

The BUF Body program is all about easy food tweaks, delicious recipes, fun workouts and most importantly, a brilliant supportive community of like-minded girls who want nothing but the best for their bodies. All you have to do is work hard, make some simple changes and you’ll definitely see results – I did!The program was so different to others I’d tried because the supportive community is there to high-five you when you're kicking goals and lift you up when you fall off the wagon - the coaches really know their stuff too and understand what's important to us girls – and how to make us feel really great about ourselves. They educate in a way that makes it so easy to understand and you feel empowered about food and fitness.

Wow! What a transformation. I did not expect to see the results I got. My whole way of thinking in relation to food has changed and physically I did not expect to see such muscle definition and toning in that amount of time. I am still using the workouts and recipes on a regular basis. An awesome journey!

I would totally recommend the BUF Body program to anyone (except the boys!). I found the daily information absolutely invaluable and written in a way that’s practical and easy to understand. I got the results I was looking for and I’ve gained a much better understanding of nutrition and adopted new habits that I’ll keep with me from now on.

I am such a fan of this program! It’s so comprehensive and informative, covering training exercises and techniques, nutrition and recipes, as well as wellbeing and mindfulness. Even if you’re already a health nut, there are still so many things to learn.
