Ten spotify playlists we have on repeat

You know that great feeling when you discover a new Spotify playlist you absolutely LOVE and can’t stop cranking… for at least a week until you find another newbie that floats your boat? Well, here are 10 workout friendly lists we’re totally loving at the moment – we hope they give you a bit of workout inspo and motivate you to get up and move!

Hip Hop Club Bangers (by HITS)

Big beats + tough-talkin’ lingo = power workout!

BUF! (By Libby Babet)

Fun, girly tracks with a beat you can bounce, squat and burpee in time to, created by ME just for YOU.

Music To Run To (by Ellie Goulding)

Slow-ish, steady beats for a solid, long and satisfying run, created by one of our favourite pop stars.

The Best Workout Music Crossfit Reebok Power (by Mateusz Statucki)

For serious beats – a mix of classics and new beats, perfect for a weights circuit, and just a little hardcore for those days when you really need a boost.

Ultimate Dance Workout (by Ministry of Sound)

Fast-paced tunes that provide both deep beats to keep you moving and cheeky dancefloor flashbacks to make you smile!

Tropical Beats & Tropical House (by Spotify)

Cool pop beats or house tunes with a sprinkle of reggae to make you feel holiday-happy! House is a little faster than Beats, and a little kookier too.

90s Smash hiys (by Filtr Us) & 90s R&B Anthems (By Spotify UK)

Because all the BUF Girls are 90s kids and these two playlists just downright make us HAPPY! Think TLC, Destiny’s Child, Lauryn Hill, Diddy, Usher, The Backstreet Boys , Jennifer Lopez, Aaliyah, LL Cool J, Salt-N-Pepa and yep, even a little Britney. Feelin EXTRA corny? Try looking up the Pop Nostalgia Playlist (by filtr Brasil) – it’s all corny 90s tunes, pop divas and boy bands!

Oldies but Goodies 2005-2015 (by Spotify)

Serious POP, but the good ol’ kind of pop – Justin Timberlake, Gnarls Barkley, Beyonce, Rihanna, Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Ciara, Kanye and The Pussycat Dolls.

Tabata Hits! 2015 (by Cardio Mixes Fitness)

Ok so this isn’t exactly awesome music, but it’s pretty decent as far as Tabata tracks go – a vocal coach will guide you through that familiar 20-seconds of work versus 10-seconds of rest workout protocol, with pop beats remixed in the background, so you can forget about your stopwatch and just GO!

Agoga Speed (by Nic MJ)

This soundtrack was created by the manager at our sister business, AGOGA. It’s a meaty mix of electronic beats, old-school tunes and even a bit of rock. Designed to get you moving FAST, it all kicks off with Marina Gasolina – and if you don’t remember what that sounds like, log on QUICK!
