Hey, it happens! But today, we solve that little issue for you…These in-between, mini workouts literally last a few minutes. When you find yourself with a teeny bit of time to spare as you wait for your man to finish in the shower, your tea to steep, the hair straightener to warm up, your dinner to cook, or you simply have a few quiet minutes before the kids get up… don’t just stand there! Workout One
- 35 Star Jumps
- 30 Russian Twists
- 25 Squats
- 20 Standing Calf Raises
- 15 Kneeling Push-Ups
Workout Two
- 30 High Knees (left + right = 1 rep)
- 20 Lateral/Side Lunges (10/leg)
- 30 Inner Thigh Lifts (15/leg)
- 20 Sit-Ups
- 30 Lunge Jumps
Workout Three
- 30 Butt Kicks (left + right = 1 rep)
- 15 Tricep Dips
- 30 Russian Twists
- 20 Forward Lunges
- 10 Push-Ups on toes
Workout Four
- 30 Towel Jump-Overs (literally put it on the floor, then jump over it!)
- 20 Walking Lunges
- 10 Tricep Pushups
- 20 Spider Mountain Climbers
- 30 Bicycle Crunches
Workout Five
- 20 Star Jumps
- 20 Squats
- 20 Hip Bridges (hardcore: per leg!)
- 20 Crunches
- 20 Burpees
Workout Six
- 30 Reverse Lunge with Knee Drive (15/leg)
- 10 Push-Up Burpees
- 30 Single-Leg Lowers
- 10 Slow Supergirl Rows
- 30 Jump Squats
