Our team are all totally obsessed with podcasts, but there are so many out there it’s hard to know what to look for when you’re just getting started. This article is just a quick share of a few podcasts in the health space we’re loving at the moment. We hope you find a little inspiration in this list!

From the creators of the Headspace meditation App, this is a good start for those not quite ready to dive into the meditation side of things yet, but who want all the benefits anyway ;)

A funny but informative take on various health topics.
Balanced Bites
A podcast from a New York Times bestselling health author and one of her besties. The girls answer listener questions on all sorts of health issues and dive into hot nutrition topics of the moment. It’s a little bit paleo and a little bit not ;)
No Meat Athlete Radio
For the vegetarian and vegan athletes out there keen to optimise performance, or just regular gals looking for new veggie food ideas.
Psychology of Eating
This super interesting podcasts follows renowned coach Marc David in real, live consultations with people struggling with unwanted habits like overeating, bingeing, emotional eating and the inability to lose weight. After each consult, he peels back the curtain to explain to the listener why he asked the questions he did and how to use these to transform your own relationship with food. Pretty cool!
The Jillian Michaels Show
Funnier than you would think and seriously straight talking – this podcast from the US Biggest Loser trainer is a pretty good listen!
TEDTalks Health
For those ‘I’m feeling seriously nerdy and in need of a hit of inspiration’ moments.
Fat-Burning Man Show
One of the most awarded health podcasts. Not just for men either – this one’s super interesting, lighthearted but gives major insight into hot nutrition topics. It’s quite science-based, so maybe not the very first one to dive into unless you’re up-to-speed!
