Where to begin?

Depending on what you like, we usually recommend starting with:

  • Supertone (a pilates style workout)

  • Baseline (strength)

  • Greatest HIITS (no contact boxing)

  • Tabata (strength and HIIT cardio)

When you’re ready to give our dance cardio a go, start with The Upbeat Signature (a mix of pilates and dance) and work your way up to Dance FIIT (our most advanced Dance Cardio class and quite high impact, but a real vibe!).

 

What to expect

 

Great music

Music has a profound influence on mood. It can make you happier and reduce anxiety and fatigue. It also reduces your perception of how hard you are working by 10%!

Workout to the beat

The beat in music affects you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We workout to the beat because you can really lose yourself in it. It takes us to another place.

A dancer’s body

Our classes aren’t dance classes, but you will be working out like a dancer. We don’t like to focus on outcomes but if you stick with it, you will develop the body of a dancer.

 

A fun, welcoming vibe

There’s something unique about our community that we can’t quite put our finger on. Egos are checked at the door. People engage with others instead of keeping to themselves. The vibe is very open and welcoming.

Studio facilities

All you need to bring is a sweat towel and water bottle. We have a filtered water tap or you can grab a bottle of still or sparkling from the fridge. We have a change area (with toilet, no shower) and lockers to leave your valuables in.

Plenty of options

We have a variety of classes to suit different goals and fitness levels, all designed specifically for the female body. If you’re new to fitness, start with our low intensity classes to ease into things.

Common questions


What if
I’m not very fit?

Never fear, just go at your own pace. Need to sit down or skip a few reps, do it. Fitness and dance isn’t about smashing yourself. Just listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

What if
I can’t dance?

Most of our fitness classes are to the beat and are inspired by dance, but it doesn’t matter if you have two left feet! Even with our dance workshops, when you lose yourself to the music, magic happens.

What if
I’m self conscious?

In our studio classes, the lights are low and the music is pumping so you can hide in the crowd if you like. Our community is super welcoming and supportive so you’ll feel at home in no time.
