We’ve changed our booking system!

All systems are a go! Our new booking system is now live. Please follow the steps below so you can get booking with us again.

Step 1: Delete our old app
Please delete the old app first as our new app has the same icon which might get confusing.

Step 2: Download our new app!
Pease download our new iOS App or Android App. These links are also available on the website under Apps.

Step 3: Login
For security reasons we couldn't transfer your password over so once you have the app loaded, click "Log In" and then click "Get help with signing in" (bottom of screen). Enter the email you usually logged into Mindbody with and then check your email. Use the temporary password to log into your account. Same goes if you're booking via the timetable on our website.

Step 4: Reset your password
Once you're logged in, click on "More" (bottom right) then "View Profile" and click “Change password” to reset your password to something you'll remember. Please add a pic of your beautiful face to your profile image and check all your details have come over correctly!

That's it! You should have everything you need via the app (booking, billing history, CC details, etc) but if you need to login to your account via the web you can do so under the Login menu.
