What You'll Do

Download an interval timer app on your phone and set it for 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest for 12 rounds, which is enough to take you through our L.O.V.E. circuit three times.Spend 45 seconds on the "L" move, take 15 seconds rest, then move on to the next letter. When you get to "E" there are three moves to choose from - try doing a different punch style on each of the 3 rounds, so you get them all in by the end of your third set.Make sure you check out our video for a how-to, then rope on your best girlfriends (or your man, why not ;) and fill up on love this Valentine's Day!
