Eating the right breakfast cereal?
Welcome back to our new “Sneaky Nutrition” series! This is where we help solve some of your biggest nutrition dilemmas, in an accessible way that will help you get on top of your health. Today, we’re looking at the healthiest cereal options stocked in the big supermarket chains – Coles & Woolies.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7FDlz5teB4For the record, our all time fave healthy mueslis are either the ones we make at home ourselves (plain oats, activated nuts, dried coconut, chia seeds, plus your fave extras), or are found outside the big supermarket chains but in this video, we wanted to provide you with information about those you can find any-old-where.If you really want a super healthy muesli fix but don’t have any specialty stores around you, try these amazing online finds (all our faves in cyber space, lucky you!):
