What You'll Need:
6 x Eggs2 x Bananas (sugar bananas work best)1 x Big Pinch Cinnamon + 1 x Big Pinch Nutmeg
Now Do This:
Pop all your ingredients in a blender and BLEND until well combinedCook in a pan with a little butter (as you would normal pancakes)Serve with your fave toppings! We love blueberries and a scoop of coconut yoghurt, but they're great plain, or with a little nut butter too.
