Easiest Healthy Choc Biscuit Recipe Ever?

Make these healthy choc-ricotta delights in a jiffy... YUM! They taste kinda like the love-child of a chocolate cheesecake and a biscuit. Don't mind if I do... What You'll Need500g ricotta cheese5 tbsp organic peanut butter (or almond butter... or other nut butter of your choice!)4 scoops chocolate protein powder or 3 scoops plain protein powder and one scoop raw cacao for a stronger choc taste (good quality - we love Sun Warrior, or 180 Nutrition, or go for a good quality whey!)3 tbsp coconut oil, meltedOptional: dark choc chunks or drops What You'll DoMix all ingredients together, then pop spoonfuls of the mixture into lined muffin tins. Place in an oven that's pre-heated to about 200 degrees celsius and bake for about 20-30 minutes (depending on how big your balls are! hehe). Remove, leave to cool for 15-30 mins and ENJOY! Super easy and super delish! My favourite combo... you could try different flavours of this biscuit too, like vanilla, lemon, or coconut!
