Beach babe workout!

Summer has officially landed in Sydney and you know what that means… sun’s out guns out! We hit the beach to motivate each other through an epic toning and fat burning, full body workout – it was tough and a serious leg burner, but we felt like total beach babes afterwards!Keen to try it? How to do it

  • Set a timer and do each of the 5 moves in this workout for 30 seconds, back to back with no rest. Take 30 seconds to rest when you're done, then go again
  • Complete 5 rounds all up for a 15-minute workout that will have you feeling pumped to slip into a bikini and hit the surf!

  1. Push-Up Tuck Extend (alternate legs every rep)
  2. Lunge Hop (swap legs every 3 reps)
  3. Squat to Double Punch
  4. Lateral Shuttle Runs (about 5m or 3-4 steps)
  5. 180-Degree Squat Jumps

Oh and don’t forget the bonus exercise at the end of your fifth round, that all important BOOTY SHAKE! You’ll see what we mean when you get to the end of the vid ;)
