When it comes to exercise, we believe it’s important to move in a way that makes you feel good, empowered and confident in your own skin. Finding your own true joy in movement means you’ll start loving your body for what it can do, not just what it looks like.Some days that may mean smashing out a heavy strength session at the gym, others it could be a toning session, on your mat in the lounge room, other days a yoga class, a weekend hike, a surf trip, or even a dance around with the music on nice ‘n’ loud. Just keep it active and authentic to your own needs, and enjoy it! 

This workout will make you feel sexy & strong!

Meet one of our favourite workouts: G.I.R.L.S.Here’s how it works:

  • For each section, i.e. butt/arms/abs/back/legs, you'll spend six minutes alternating between the two moves we’ve listed.
  • Perform the first move for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, then do the second move for a further 40s, then resting for a further 20s.
  • You’ll complete 3 sets through in the 6 minutes you have. Then move on to the next body part.
  • If the move has a left and right side, simply switch at the 20s mark, so you do half time on each leg/arm.
  • Feeling extra tough? Bump your work time up to 50 seconds and shorten your rest time to 10s.

  • Single Arm Reach & Pull (Cass)
  • Dumbbell Plank Row to Tricep Kick Back (Leash)

Sexy Legs

  • Leg Tuck, Kick and Lower (Cass)
