4 Ingredient Apple Crumble

A super quick, easy and healthy recipe. If you've got guests, this is great for desert!

What You'll Need

  1. 2 apples
  2. 4 tsp cinnamon
  3. 2 tbsp honey or your choice of sweetener
  4. 3/4 cup walnuts (almonds, cashews or macadamia nuts would also work)

To serve, also grab some Coconut yoghurt or natural Greek yoghurt (optional) 

What To Do

  • Place the nuts, 1 tablespoon of the honey and 2 teaspoons of the cinnamon into a food processor and blend until the nuts are roughly chopped and the mixture has combined, then set aside.
  • Thinly slice the apples and either cut into strips or leave them round (I did a mixture of both). In a frypan heat some butter or grape seed oil then toss in the apple slices with the rest of the cinnamon and honey. Stir around for about 4 minutes until the apple is golden.
  • Serve the apples between two small bowls, top with the nut mixture and enjoy! This tastes great on its own or with yoghurt.
  • Serves 2
